EMPLOYMENT

The manpower strength of the Bank reached 506 as at sept 30, 2009 from the previous year stock of 438. A total of 66 additional employees were employed for the new branches and to fill vacant positions at Head Office and existing branches. In order to upgrade the capacity of employees both on-the-job and off-the-job training was conducted through out the year.
